Harry Potter & The Goblet of Fire: Book Review

Four Down, Three to Go! This series is probably one of my favorites. I recommend them to anyone, no matter how old you are, because the mysteries inside these books make you wonder, not only about the book, but about the mysteries in life. Not everything is how it seems. 


Synopsis from Barnes & Noble:

Harry Potter is midway through his training as a wizard and his coming of age. Harry wants to get away from the pernicious Dursleys and go to the International Quidditch Cup. He wants to find out about the mysterious event that's supposed to take place at Hogwarts this year, an event involving two other rival schools of magic, and a competition that hasn't happened for a hundred years. He wants to be a normal, fourteen-year-old wizard. But unfortunately for Harry Potter, he's not normal - even by wizarding standards. And in his case, different can be deadly.


My Review:
After returning to Hogwarts, Harry finds out about the upcoming Tri-wizard Tournament. A tournament that will stretch one's wizarding skills to the limit. However, you must be 17 years or older, and Harry isn't of age. He soon gets over the fact, but then his name appears in the Goblet of Fire, with the other names of those who will be competing in the Tri-wizard Tournament. Harry, as well as everyone else at Hogwarts, cannot believe it. Competing in three different stages is rather difficult, but nothing deems difficult to Harry with his friends helping him, and the pure luck of things. Until Harry meets He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named with one of his fellow competitors. I couldn't believe it, and definitely didn't see it coming. There were of course, numerous things in the book, that I had a feeling about, but I just couldn't figure it out. My nerves were on edge, and my heart was beating extremely fast, as he was now battling Voldemort for the third time now and with each battle comes more heartache and more battle wounds. Despite the hardships, Harry keeps moving towards his fate.
